Form Guide

In the forms section, you must enter information according to your passport and the translation of your documents in English.

All requested information in the forms: family information, identity information, past travel, financial information, activities, addresses of residence must be answered.

  • For family information:

You must enter the complete information of the main applicant, spouse, father, mother, children, whether or not they are adopted, all siblings, whether or not they died, or if they died at a young age.

Your postal code is required for the addresses.

  • For identity information:

In this form, you must answer the questions according to your passport and translation of your work and education documents.

All answers must be in English and the spelling of the names must be in accordance with the translation of your documents.

If your passport expires in less than 2 years, first renew your passport and then respond to this form and enter the new passport information.

  • Past Travel Form:

You must enter all the Travel abroad that you have made in the last 10 years in this section.

All travel dates must be in accordance with the stamps on the passports.

Enter your previous trips in order from your last Travel to your first Travel.

You must complete this form once for each trip.

  • Financial information:

You must enter all assets, both cash and non-cash, in the financial information form.

You must fill out this form once for each type of asset.

For example, once for a bank account, if you have multiple bank accounts, you must complete this form once for each account.

If you have several cars, you must complete this form for each car once.

For financial information, you must convert the value of the asset into CAD dollars and enter the amount.

  • Activities:

The activity form is a very important part that this form is divided into several forms, such as:

Work:

The job position you enter in this form must match your employment letter, insurance, employment documents, resume and LinkedIn.

You must complete the form once for each job.

The start and end dates of each job should be relative to the translation of your work documents.

Obligatory service for Men:

This form should only be completed for men.

The information you fill out for the men military form. Must be in accordance with the end-of-service card and the translation of the end-of-service card.

If you have participated in war and battle during your service, you must explain.

Military information such as the exact start and end date of service is very important.

The base information and position you have served are very important and should be consistent with the available evidence.

Education:

You must enter your education from high school to the last level of education.

Start and end dates, field of study, and name of school or university must match the translation of your degree.

Membership of association with organizations:

If you have been or are still a member of an organization or association, you must enter all the exact information according to the translation of the available documents.

The meaning of membership in the association or organization is as follows:

Political organizations, social organizations, youth or student organizations, trade unions, trade unions, professional associations, etc.

Government Position:

If you have ever held a government position or now hold a government position, you must enter the complete information in accordance with the documents and the translation of the documents.

In this form, you must write your position in full and exactly in relation to the translation letter and documents you received from your workplace.

Government posts and positions include:

Government employee, judge, police officer, employee of a security organization and so on

Military and/ paramilitary service:

If you have ever been recruited by military or paramilitary service such as the IRGC, enter all the information accurately according to the translation of the documents.

This is not considered military activity.

 Language Certificate:

This form should only be completed for a family member who has a language course or degree.

In this section, you must enter the complete information of your language certificate, such as IELTS or TOEFL.

It is important to enter the exact language test score you got.

It is very important to enter the exact score of each skill.

If you have ever had several language certificates, you must fill out a form for each language certificate.

If you have ever taken an English or French language course but have not yet received a degree, enter the full details.

In any case, a language certificate is required, either from an institution or an international certificate.

certifications:

If you have received miscellaneous documents such as technical and professional documents, you must enter the complete information according to the translation of the documents.

If you have ever received multiple credentials, you will need to fill out this form once for each credential.

If you have ever taken a variety of courses and have finally been given a diploma or certificate, you must enter the full details.

Make sure you enter all the information based on the English translation of the documents.

Voluntary activities:

Canadians attach great importance to volunteering, so first try to do at least a few hours of volunteering, and then add your volunteering experience to the volunteering section.

It is important to talk about what you have done in the past to get acquainted with your attitude towards how things are done.

If you have already done the activities voluntarily, you must enter all the detailed information.

If you have ever been a member of a charity and have helped in volunteer groups, be sure to write down all the channel information.

If you have ever worked for a charity on your behalf, enter the full details.

You may have contributed on behalf of your company or in person to a philanthropic or charitable program, in which case enter the information in full.
