Requirements of Document:
The translation date of the documents must be within the last 6 months. If it has been a long time since your documents were translated, you will need to update the translation date.
The provided documents must be as follows:
- The translator profile page is not required.
- The translated text and then a copy of the original document are all in the form of a PDF.
- Document scanning must be clean.
- The scan should be clear.
- The scan size should not be large-it should be 100 to 150 mg per pdf.
- Documents should be scanned clearly, and the scanned image should not be blurry or crooked.
- You should be careful not to reduce the quality of the documents when reducing the size. Documents must be legible and clear.
- All translated documents must be scanned along with the original version that has the translator’s stamp.
- The official translator’s stamp must be placed on all pages (both English and original).
- The seals of approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Justice must be placed on all pages (both English and original).
- The provided documents must be real and questionable.
- In all translations, your details must be in accordance with your passport.
Depending on how long the translated documents are valid, they can be divided into several categories:
document | time |
---|---|
Documents with a long validity period (such as transcripts, university degrees, or high school and pre-university) | Up to a maximum of 1 year |
Documents valid for several months (such as identity cards, national cards, marriage certificates, ownership documents, etc.) | up to a maximum of 6 months |
Documents with a short validity period (such as certificates of no criminal record and bank documents) | Up to a maximum of 1 month |
Scanned pages for each document in a PDF file
- PDF Scan all the translated English or French pages you received from the translator in order.
- All pages translated into English or French must be scanned and some pages cannot be deleted at will.
- Make sure the pages are the original copy version with the translator’s official stamp, and then place them all in a PDF file.
- All main pages in the original language must be scanned and some pages cannot be deleted.
- Put all the pages in a file together and after each other, first English and then original in a PDF file.
- The number of pages does not matter, and you can scan the number of pages that exist.
- The first page, which is the translator’s profile, is not necessary; do not scan it.
- All documents must be genuine and if the documents and information are unreal and fake, the Immigration Office will ban you for up to 5 years.
Note: All parts of the document must be visible and clear. (For example, sometimes half of the page is blurry and illegible, so you have to scan it again).
When scanning, first check the documents yourself that they have been scanned correctly and that the page is completely smooth and clean. (Sometimes the full screen does not scan and parts of the screen fall out of work. Sometimes the scanned color is pale blue and illegible, which is not acceptable.)
If the above is not observed, the documents will not be accepted to the Immigration Office.
The applicant is responsible for any delays if the documents are not provided correctly and completely.
If there is any change in the original documents, for example, if you are married or have children, you will have to re-translate your identity card. The previous translation is no longer acceptable.
Before uploading your passport, make sure it is valid for at least 2 years.
- The passport must be signed.
- Scan all pages of the new passport.
- Scan the stamped and visa pages of old passports.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we wish you success.
We will be with you until the end of your journey.
